These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, platforms, software, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by IntelliVersal Integrated Solution (IVIS).

While we strive for high availability, IVIS does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur.

IVIS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • Your actions compromise security, stability, or other users

You may terminate at any time by ceasing to use the Services.

9. Disclaimers


  • The Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available", without warranties of any kind.
  • IVIS disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage due to errors, downtime, or misuse.

10. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, IVIS shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid IVIS in the 6 months prior to the claim

11. Indemnification


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold IVIS harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your:

  • Use of the Services
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of any rights of another party

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction


These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.

13. Changes to Terms


We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated “Last Reviewed” date. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
