1. Purpose


This Code promotes:

  • Ethical behavior in all business dealings
  • Respectful and inclusive workplace environments
  • Compliance with global laws and internal policies
  • A zero-tolerance stance on discrimination and misconduct

2. Who Must Comply


This policy applies to:

  • All IVIS employees, executives, and directors
  • Contractors, vendors, consultants, and temporary workers
  • Any third party representing IVIS in a formal or informal capacity

4. Workplace Conduct


IVIS maintains a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free environment.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Discrimination or bias based on race, gender, religion, nationality, age, disability, or sexual orientation
  • Harassment (verbal, physical, visual, or digital)
  • Retaliation against anyone reporting concerns in good faith
  • Abuse of power or unethical pressure on colleagues or clients

All concerns must be reported immediately and will be investigated confidentially.

5. Business Conduct


All employees must:

  • Avoid conflicts of interest (personal vs. company interest)
  • Refuse bribes, kickbacks, or unauthorized gifts
  • Accurately represent services, qualifications, and data
  • Adhere to the Anti-Corruption and Whistleblower Protection policies
  • Use company resources responsibly and professionally

6. Confidentiality & Data Integrity


  • Do not disclose client, company, or project-sensitive information
  • Follow the Data Security & Governance Policy
  • Do not copy, distribute, or publish proprietary materials without permission

7. Compliance with Laws


Everyone at IVIS must comply with:

  • Local and international labor, tax, and business laws
  • Export control, sanctions, and anti-money laundering regulations
  • Data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and cybersecurity standards

8. Reporting & Escalation


You must report violations or suspected violations to:

Retaliation against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited.

9. Enforcement


Violations of this Code may result in:

  • Internal disciplinary action (including termination)
  • Contract suspension or termination (for partners/vendors)
  • Legal action or regulatory disclosure, if applicable

Yes. It forms part of your contractual and employment obligations at IVIS.

Q2: How often is training required?

Employees must complete ethics and Code of Conduct training at onboarding and annually thereafter.

Q3: Can I report a violation anonymously?

Yes. Anonymous reports are accepted and protected through our internal compliance tool.

Q4: What if a senior executive violates the Code?

All personnel, including leadership, are held accountable. Executive violations are escalated directly to the Compliance Office and Board.

Q5: Does this apply to remote and international teams?

Yes. All global staff, regardless of location or contract type, are subject to this Code.
