1. Purpose
The Brand Protection Policy ensures that the name, logos, slogans, visual assets, and digital presence of IntelliVersal Integrated Solution (IVIS) are protected, consistent, and used properly by internal teams, partners, and the public. It also establishes clear guidelines for how third parties may (or may not) reference the IVIS brand.
2. Scope
This policy applies to:
- All IVIS employees and departments
- Affiliates, partners, contractors, and licensees
- Media, publishers, and the general public referencing IVIS
3. Protected Brand Assets
The following elements are considered IVIS intellectual property:
- Company name: IntelliVersal Integrated Solution and IVIS
- Logos (in any format, including symbol-only or text-logo variations)
- Slogans, product/service names, and taglines
- Design systems, templates, UI/UX frameworks
- Domain names and social handles
- Company documents, templates, and proprietary content
All assets are protected under trademark, copyright, and international intellectual property laws.
4. Authorized Usage
You may use IVIS branding only if:
- You have written authorization or license agreement
- You are referencing IVIS in an accurate, non-misleading editorial context
- You comply with IVIS Brand Guidelines (provided upon request)
All uses must preserve brand integrity and not suggest sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless formally approved.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Altering IVIS logos, icons, or typography
- Using IVIS brand in domain names, email addresses, or social handles
- Implying partnerships, certifications, or business relationships that do not exist
- Using IVIS visuals or assets in competitor advertising
- Creating counterfeit content, phishing websites, or lookalike interfaces
IVIS reserves the right to take immediate legal action in case of misuse or infringement.
6. Enforcement & Monitoring
We actively monitor brand use across digital platforms through:
- Trademark watch services
- Digital scraping tools for social and web misuse
- Internal brand integrity checks
- Public and partner reporting mechanisms
Violations may result in takedown notices, legal action, or termination of agreements.

8. Licensing & Co-Branding
Any co-marketing, joint press releases, or branded collaboration requires:
- A signed IVIS Co-Branding Agreement
